American Airlines charges $150, plus taxes, for their unaccompanied minors service, but it only needs to be paid once for two or more children from the same family.
The service is mandatory for children aged 5-14 traveling alone, and includes early boarding, kids-only lounges, complimentary snacks and activities, as well as airport escorts.
Booking for unaccompanied minors must be done by phone, as it cannot be done online.
