The first-ever Boeing 777, registered as B-HNL, can be visited by the public at the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tuscon, Arizona. Boeing and Cathay Pacific donated the aircraft to the museum jointly.
The Boeing 777 took off from Hong Kong after 12:20 pm on September 18th, 2018, and completed its last-ever journey. The aircraft flew for 14 hours to arrive in Southern Arizona’s Davis-Monthan Air Force Base at 11:14 am.

After it landed on the runway, the aircraft was quickly ushered across the road to the museum, where staff carefully placed it in its hangar while the auxiliary power unit shut down for the last time. The aircraft is nearly empty, save for a few rows of seats, as it was being gutted in China before the decision was made to donate it to the museum.
